New saprobic fungi on palm fronds, including Brachysporiopsis gen. nov.

Collections of decaying palm fronds in tropical rainforests yielded a new ascomycete species, Mangrovispora irregularis sp. nov., and two new anamorphic fungi, Brachysporiopsis chinensis gen. et sp. nov. and Pyricularia oncosperma sp. nov.The new taxa are described and illustrated, and compared with similar taxa.
