Une nouvelle espèce d'Ouratea (Ochnaceae) du Venezuela

A new venezuelan species, Ouratea larae Sastre, from Lara State is described. Morphological comparisons with affine species, O. guildingii (Planch.) Urb. from Lesser Antilles and Venezuelan and Guyanan littoral and O. pseudoguildingii Sastre from Bolivar and Guarico states, are made.
