Sur Zygodon rufescens (Hampe) Broth. et Z. fragilis H.Rob. des Paramos vénézuéliens

Zygodon rufescens is reported for the first time from Venezuela. Zygodon fragilis, rarely collected in South America, has been rediscovered in the paramos near Mérida. Both species are described and illustrated.
