Subdivision of the tribe Kodaianellini Wang, Zhang & Bourgoin, 2016 (Hemiptera, Fulgoroidea, Issidae), with the descriptions of two new subtribes and a new species

The issid tribe Kodaianellini Wang, Zhang & Bourgoin, 2016 (Issidae Spinola, 1839, Issinae Spinola, 1839) is revised. A new subtribe, Samantigina n. subtrib., is erected to accommodate Samantiga Distant, 1906 and another new subtribe, Narayanina n. subtrib., is erected to accommodate Lusanda Stål, 1859, Narayana Distant, 1906, Sivaloka Distant, 1906, and Radha Melichar, 1903 known from India and Sri Lanka. A new species of the genus Kodaianella Fennah, 1956, Kodaianella coomani n. sp., is described from northern Vietnam. Male and female genitalia structures of Samantiga abdominalis Distant, 1906 and Narayana umbrosa Distant, 1906 are described and illustrated for the first time. Lusanda fissiceps Stål, 1859 is redescribed and illustrated based on the holotype. A key to subtribes and genera of the Kodaianellini is given.
