Terebellomimus quaggiottoi n. gen., n. sp. (Gastropoda, Littorinimorpha, Rostellariidae) of early Lutetian (middle Eocene) of Vicentin (Italy)

Terebellomimus quaggiottoi n. gen., n. sp., from the Lutetian (middle Eocene) fauna from Cava Albanello di Nogarole Vicentino, Vicenza, northeastern Italy (Vicentin), closely similar to the genus Terebellopsis Leymerie, 1846 but without ornamentation, has such particular characteristics that they seemed to us important enough to justify the introduction of a monospecific new genus.
