Sur les figurines animalières de Suse (Iran)

At the Iranian site of Susa were excavated many terracotta figurines, among which were 755 zoomorphic pieces. These remain unpublished and their study is only just beginning. Here are analysed successively the figurative repertory, technical and functional aspects, and finally the chronological and cultural distribution of the objects.
