These ‘Geological Heritage Days’ brought together geologists, mineralogists and palaeontologists around a topic whose nature is as much scientific as cultural. Three themes – sites, collection items and writings, and dissemination of knowledge (publication) – are dealt with through lectures followed by round table discussions. This book includes the totality of the presentations and debates.
