Representations of hunting in Neolithic villages of the Bandkeramic

This article deals with hunting at three late Bandkeramic (RRBP) sites in the Aisne valley (France): Cuiry-lès-Chaudardes "les Fontinettes", Berry-au-Bac "le Chemin de la Pêcherie" and Berry-au-Bac "la Croix Maigret". Analyses of the village of Cuiry-lès-Chaudardes reveals chronological and functional variability between buildings, as well as characterization of the position within the seulement ofeach hunted species. Comparison with the two other settlements shows variability between sites which is perhaps related to seulement duration.
