38 (4) - Pages 393-410We present the first records for Paraguay for 24 species of bryophytes (one hornwort, eight liverworts and 15 mosses). Another 47 new regional records enhance the list of bryodiversity for the departments of Alto Paraguay, Alto Paraná, Amambay, Caaguazú, Canindeyú, Central, Concepción, Cordillera, Paraguarí, Presidente Hayes and one new record for the capital district, Asunción.
