Dog remains from a ritual well of the Iron Age from Lavello, Potenza (Italy)

The well was excavated near a hypogeum of the Bronze Age and it contained some pottery fragments of a human skull and many animal bones. The remains of some dogs were found, some complete, other ones partially dismembered.
